This album, originally released in 1978 captures Streisand at the height of her powers. A beautiful collection of contemporary songs including her original solo version of You Don't Bring Me Flowers- later that year Neil Diamond's vocal was added and their duet became an international hit. The quality of material is excellent throughout and the sound quality is superb. As a big Barbra Streisand fan I was a little disappointed with this 1978 album on its playing as it seems very lightweight after some of the albums she recorded later.
