Issued in an import German sleeve.Promotional box set containing the 'Starlight Express' double album in gatefold sleeve, 7" and 12" singles by Lon Satton & Ray Shell with individual picture sleeves and two Radio Only discs, one with excerpts from the album, the other, one-sided has an interview with ALW.
The box also contains a full colour picture programme, Starlight Express sticker and press release sheets with the biographies of Lon Satton & Ray Shell, plus a highlighted segment cue-sheet attached to the interview disc sleeve.

The LP and inside box are stickered by the plugging company; the 2xLP comes in the retail gatefold sleeve, gold-stamoed Promo Not For Resale' on the back; the inner sleeves are printed with photographs of the show and lyrics.
On the inside of gatefold:
"This album contains the main songs from "Starlight Express" which opened at the Apollo Victoria Theatre, London, on March 27th 1984. It was recorded live in the theatre over three performances in April 1984 and subsequently at Audio International Studios, London."
