And Tears Fell was a dreampop recording project founded in 1988 by Todd and Samantha Downing. As the 30th anniversary of And Tears Fell's second album, Circe, approaches, we've decided to dig into the archives and make the original material available for the first time since the last CD reissues in the late '90s. Released as an EP in autumn of 1989, Sidhe pronounced shee was re-released in December 1989 as a full album. Re-recording of the single from the album Circe 1990. Requiem 2008 was a tribute album to And Tears Fell co-founder Samantha Downing, who died in Tears is the debut album by the American garage rock band and the Mysterians, released in 1966. It peaked at number 66 on Billboard's Pop Albums chart. The single 96 Tears reached number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 on October 29, prior to release of the album.
