Cérémonie du Bobé chez les Pygmées du Nord Congo (Bobé ceremonial from the North-Congo Pygmies) recorded in the High Sangha region near Ouésso in June 1990.
The ritual is devoted to the Spirit of the Forest (the Bobé) and the choir comprised 3 groups of pygmies: Bagombé, Babemgélé & Mikaya.
Michel Courtois acted as translator & intermediary for the recording.
